Work on the fish pass on the Kirklees Brook is now finished. The bespoke, pre-fabricated fish pass and pre-barrages have been installed and for the first time in ~200 years, fish are now able to move up the Kirklees Brook past this weir. A fantastic result for all and particularly the fish populations of the Irwell catchment! The Irwell Rivers Trust (for whom we carried out the work) have put a great video up online here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6L7TBDe-3_c
